Most zebras dont rhyme but Zecora is part of a group, a sort of almost druids, where rhyming is expected of daily conversation.

Zecora is sadly one of the last of her group.

This group’s job is to preserve the customs of the tribe. And she does so well.

Soarin’ had a grandfather who was a unicorn, and a sonogram revealed that one of Rainbow Dash and Soarin’s foals had inherited that trait. They therefore had to sell the Cloudominium. While Dashie and Soarin’ were looking for a ground-based house Big Macintosh, Sugar Belle, Applejack, Caramel, Apple Bloom, and Tender Taps granted the family houseroom.

They seem like halfway there. Kind of like Capper or the Diamond Dogs. And the ponies are all the way.

Old headcanon but I always envisioned Queen Haven to be a descendant of Flurry Heart.

Pegasus historical records seem to focus on the pegasus Cadence and the unicorn Shining Armor is often ommitted or often accused of weakness as typical of a unicorn.

Some dragons instead of fire have venomous bites.

That’s another kind of creature I believe. The komodo dragon.

Sometimes, after what happened in “Magical Mystery Cure” or “The Point Of No Return”…I actually do wonder if Twilight often starts dozens of projects only for many of those to never be finished.

Not because she’s inherently irresponsible but because she burns herself out.

Rarity likes to mythbust stuff. Why? Because she hates stereotypes and that madeher willing to get into mythbusting…although she pays Twilight to do the “research heavy lifting”.

Twilight and Sunny are both interested in history.

But Twilight loves knowledge for its own sake and often makes it hard for general audiences to be intrigued by.

By contrast Sunny studies history out of benefiting the community. Shes able to explain history in a very inspirational if melodramatic way. But sometimes it can be very misinformed and she often is not the best as distinguishing legends from facts.
