Crazy Headcanons

MLP Analysis: Trying to understand Casper Cake has baffled many of Equestria’s psychiatric professionals.

Equestria is an artificial Garden/Gaia world, and is encased in a mini Dyson Sphere. The Sun, Moon and stars are lights on the ‘ceiling’ which is too far up for even Pegasi to truly notice. Celestia and Luna are the physical avatars of the AIs that control these lights.

Most life on Equestria was genetically engineered by some advanced civilisation that harvests Harmony as an energy source, which is produced by cooperation between disparate peoples and species. The Tree of Harmony collects and stores this energy, most of which is periodically harvested covertly, but some is left behind to power the planet’s systems.

The Elements of Harmony are a failsafe that can be used to ‘correct’ aberrant life and rogue systems that threaten Equestria by concentrating Harmony energy as a weapon. All the magic in the series is the result of nanomachines, or Equestrians co-opting planetary systems to their benefit, such as Pegasi manipulating the planets inclement weather systems.

I’ve got headcanons about changelings but idk if they fit well with established lore. I try to pay close attention to being lore accurate and I’d like to hear some feedback on my odder takes.

(edit forgot one) 6. Changelings aren’t limited to absorbing just love and can adapt to other food sources.

I think it’s pretty brave of you to post your headcanon about changelings in full on this website after S6.

I’m still a bit hesitant/paranoid to do the same thing since I might get a swarm(kek) of backlash from post-S6 changeling fans for some details not matching up with events from the last 3 seasons (especially in regards to changeling queens and their relation to drones).

When Fluttershy got her cutie mark with animals, most of her classmates had even less respect for her. Some even said her mom was an earth pony. Even Rainbow who supported her, still didn’t see the appeal.

Fluttershy for awhile was ashamed of her cutie mark. It wasn’t until she went to Ponyville that Applejack showed her how useful animals can be. And Fluttershy finally got some confidence.

Considering that Trixie’s father is likely to live in Las Pegasus, that makes sense!

They are more than thousands of pegasi joining the washouts but creatures like the dragons who are teenagers

is any someone’s OC or comic lore I don’t know about. I tried to stay faithfull to the mainline fim lore moreso than comic lore.

Rarity doesn’t like to visit forest with iguanas or crocodiles, as her perfume constantly seems to attract those animals.

There’s an underground machine kingdom, beneath Equestria’s surface. Below the crusty earth, a giant lighted cave is filled with sentient magitek mechanical beings.

TF2 Analysis: In the actual neighed Ponish, the pun rendered as “Hay is for horsies” pun actually referenced yahoo diets.

More of a what-if, but can work as a headcanon

Baby Critters (the last TYT episode canon to me) was a set up. No one (except Pipp and Rocky) likes Jazz, they just talk to her and be nice to her just to be polite. The M5 (except Pipp) where watching her mishaps and hijinks from their phone. The critters could have put themselves to bed, Hitch just told them to mess with her

Earth ponies gain their strength from the sun.

Raonbow Dash believes the sun is probably just a ball of weird gas interacting in a weird joint of anything that might combust, and the awesomeness of that joint causes a huge combustion that creates some heat and light.

Most pegasi thinks she’s just an idiot.
