Card Game and Name Confirmation

The cards have officially released; I received my theme decks Dec. 14. And while going through the cards I noticed a possibly important detail: Some card names, which include all concretely confirmed pony names, have a distinct ^TM (trademark) after them, while others do not (for comparison look at the Lyra Heartstrings and Screwy/Barking Mad cards on the booru). This would indicate that Enterplay had to gain license for trademark use, since Enterplay cannot themselves trademark any MLP content. By this, can we assume any pony card that holds a ^TM after the name is an official trademark of Hasbro and thus an official name?
 
As a note to that conclusion, Pinkie’s father’s card is “Igneous Rock ^TM”
