I cannot, in good conscience put my art on a website that hosts sexually explicit artwork of child-aged characters. If you’re with me, speak out as well.

The way I see it the only people who want pedophile art on this website are themselves pedophiles. Therefore the only people against banning foalcon are pedophiles.

But I guess that logic’s not surprising from someone who thinks cartoon horses not actively endorsing anything are worth outrage and censorship.

This isn’t just a parody of the argument the other thread was using, it’s the exact same one. That art and artist are the same. A provably false idea. This just puts it into a perspective people can get… Or uh, they were supposed to find it easier to get. I guess it’s still a little subtle?

Derpibooru does not host any art work that can be legally considered to be of paedophile nature.
 
Staff has always strongly enforced Rule #5:  
We forbid legally dubious content listed below. Due to ambiguous laws, better safe than sorry.
 
Note that ‘sexual’ refers to any content rated “suggestive”, “questionable”, or “explicit”; and ‘underage’ means below 18 years old.
 
Do not upload photographs of real life humans in sexual depictions or scenarios who may be underage. Do not discuss getting such images or having sexual real-life meetings with such people.  
Do not upload artwork of characters in sexual depictions or scenarios who look underage and look human or human-like.  
Do not roleplay sexual situations involving underage human or humanlike characters.
 
If anyone finds any rule breaking occurrence within the site do not hesitate to report it, we’re also always welcome to feedback and discussions about hosted content.
