Derpibooru is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, Germany, and France, and therefore content against the laws of these countries is forbidden on this site. Likewise, we do not host "borderline" content that may be legally dubious, and generally use a "better safe than sorry" approach to such content.

- Do not upload photographs of real life humans whose age cannot be verified to be at least eighteen years of age or older.

- Do not upload drawn or computer generated images of characters who appear to be under the age of eighteen and who are human or closely resembling a human.

- Simply adding one or two nonhuman features to an otherwise human-like character is not necessarily enough to make the image acceptable. Characters should be nonhuman enough that a layman would not reasonably believe them to be human.[/bq]

None of this mentions specifically pornographic/sexual content, but the old rules did. Is this an oversight, or were the rules actually changed to apply to safe images of under-18 humans as well?[/bq]

I was somewhat wondering about that as well. Also, what about Equestria Girls?

`Edit:` I really should refresh the page before posting comments.
