If you have a lot of notifications, you have to scroll quite a lot, several full screen heights, to reach the different categories or even just the first view all button. More than you had to scroll to read the full uncategorized list before. So I'd propose one or more of...
- reduce the number of displayed notifications per category down from current 25
- move the button to view all messages to the startop of each category instead of the bottom
- add some links at the top of the page to jump to a category or directly open the corresponding view all page
