Specifically, when I link a post:

The actual hyperlink drops the part after `#`, and the page wouldn't jump to the post properly.

Actually, this seems to be an absolute-to-relative thing.
[Absolute link](https://trixiebooru.org/forums/meta/topics/report-site-bugs-here?post_id=5231337#post_5231337), parts after `#` is lost.
[Relative link](/forums/meta/topics/report-site-bugs-here?post_id=5231337#post_5231337), working as intended.

External link https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/calcine#English works fine.
