EDItT: is using a unique useragent and is only accessing the API. Every request returns 429 with the Derpibooru captcha page (not from Cloudflare).

(The page just says "[=="==]Please confirm you arxe not a robot[=="==]":https://i.imgur.com/bcEIvgp.png and doesn't actually look like a captcha, just a form that posts to /challenge and a submit button. I couldn't find anything in thxe source that would generate that page, but it's clearly from Derpibooru itself.)
