Not every edge case has a solution. That person got away with it. People who try it in the future might find themselves in a different situation. Like Zoe said, sometimes cheaters prosper.

Well, not what YOU wanted done, obviously. But at least you know we talked about it a lot before we decided how to handle it. But either way, this isn't a bug. There's nothing programmatically that could be done to prevent this.
