So, there is a rare bug that occurs if an artist decides to merge existing image with new one, and then does unmerging, which creates two images, source and new. For some reason, ratings from source are duplicated into new one.


 
I once reported image that was accused of having this issue, but my report was closed (while being open for approximately 14 days) without any action being done
