Rave Pony Name

I would vote Candy Rave. Don’t care for Pacific Glow at all since just makes me think of the ocean. Plus Candy Rave sounds more like a name than Molly.

I prefer Candy Rave. Nothing about her design says “Pacific” to me.

Since it looks like Candy Rave has been added, just making sure my first vote is for Candy, 2nd for Pacific if Candy doesn’t get enough votes, 3rd for Molly

Can I vote both? I like both for different reasons. Can’t we just have the tag here imply Molly too?

Counting people’s two votes makes biased poll reporting.
 
If 1 person wants Pacific or Candy and 2 want Molly, you would tabulate it as 1: 1: 2, which makes it look like there are as many for Molly as not for Molly.
 
TL;DR don’t allow people to vote once for multiple things or your reporting will be skewed. At the least, people should be aware of what would be this interpretive bias.

if we make a strawpoll would be better to choose? that way we’ll have the numbers of counts, and the most voted would be the new name

Unfortunately probably too late for that, though I think we certainly should have done that from the start. I guess you can make it if you want, so long as you’re sure to set the options to allow people to pick one and only one.
