Question about uploading images/previews from Boosty

First off, context for what Boosty is:

due to the current Russian invasion of Ukraine, artists from both countries have been cut off from a lot of sites like Patreon and have been unable to get income. the website Boosty was made n response for this beng a way for artists who have been cut off from Patreon to try and continue business and the site more or less functions the same as Patreon

Now onto the question i have, in regards to uploading images from there.

Like Patreon there are both public posts which you can see with and without making an account, along with posts that are locked behind a paywall like Patreon.

However i have seen artists posting previously patreon exclusive images there on there that are now public instead of locked behind a paywall, so that would mean they are not exclusive anymore. Would that mean that said images would be ok to post here if they are no longer stuck behind a paywall?

Also when it comes to downloading mages from the posts you can download the images but you can only download them f you make an account and are logged in,, meaning that you can only download the preview image.
Again, should we only upload the preview version of the image instead of the ull download since you need to make an account there in order to download images at full res?

If the artist themselves publicly post something, that is their call and I can’t think of any reason we wouldn’t respect their decision.

To get the images uploaded here you will probably have to download them locally and reupload them. I don’t imagine the scrapper will be able to get them.

Otherwise it just sounds a lot like Pixiv, where accounts are often required to see the images - but the images themselves are not behind a paywall.
