Not sended password

Today I try to enter from the phone in Derpibooru, but I forgot my password. I typed several times to send the password to the email (or make a new one) but it seems it doesn’t work, because the email doesn’t receive any mail for anything. Any idea how can I possibly understand what was my password?

Moved to right forum. It’s likely your mail service is filtering our mail server, and there’s nothing we can do about that, so you may just want to use a different address.
 
Otherwise I suggest you make a post in the Bugs thread or send an email to the ops address.

Thanks for the support! I’ve decided to create a new account. Can you delete this account? The other is going to be named with the same name but with different Email address.

We don’t delete accounts, just deactivate them and make them inaccessible. In your case I recommend you rename your account, or if that’s not available to you, report your account and ask that a moderator do it for you.
