What are the main rules for creating and posting polls on this site? You know, trolls can also abuse the system easily by making polls that are deliberate shitposts in on form or another

I’m just concerned because if you weren’t notified of what happened yesterday in the derpibooru’s badges forum, some user show a very ||goreful/bloody image of headless  
bodies. ||
