"DNP: with permission only"

So, there is a list of artist on the DNP list, that allows their drawings to be udloaded if you ask for permission. How can the average user know if a particular upload have that permission?
 
Should we just report all uploads from an artist on the “with permission” part?
 
If the uploader says they have permission, is that good enough?
 
Are collaborations automatically allowed, if the other artist isn’t on the DNP?

Collaborations are not automatically allowed. As for permission, if it’s just a few uploads from any one user and the artist isn’t saying anything, we can assume in good faith they have permission. Only report if you have a reasonable suspicion, please.

On a side note, if you’re asking an artist, please do so publicly or ask them to publicly acknowledge your request - this means we can check.
