Development Priorities and Admintools

Isn’t it funny how they could quickly implement “shadowbanning” by unnoticed forced filters and throttling down users when some political mouthpiece that they agreed with got downvoted? And how they made it possible for mods to hide in the shadow without mod tag?
 
Meanwhile they aren’t able to implement the most basic spam prevention like a rate limit for posting. Something that should take not even 30min to do.
 
What are the priorities?
