Also, sorry if I’m bothering way too much, but the Philomena badge is for drawing other people OCs that are on Derpibooru?

The Philomena badge is for artists who helped anyone by drawing their OC, even if those people do not have profiles here, and includes artists who edited images that would not otherwise qualify. For example, by removing backgrounds, drawing cropped areas like feet, etc.
 
Did you draw an OC for someone else, or did you help by fixing someone’s entry so it met the criteria for the collab?
 
In brief, if you drew your own OCs, then you don’t qualify for the badge. It’s only if you drew OCs for someone else.

And yeah, the first three are mine, but the last one with the Qwuedeviv sign is of a friend. She doesn’t have an account in here as far as I am aware of.
 
Oh, and this guy was the one who erased the background on that one, so he should get Philomena too I think.

All set :) Sorry, I think the stuff about Princess Celestia might have derailed your original request. A lot of this is a lot of background fiddly bits, like hooking which OC is owned by which profile, figuring out whether the uploader was the artist or the OC owner, etc etc …
 
But I think it’s right now. Please let me know if I’ve missed or misunderstood anything.
