Ponybooru sort’ve does as I said, but no images, except a few spoiler images will load.  
The other two still won’t work at all.  
So I guess I can’t use them.

Breaking my posting-block to at least add some insight to alternatives for fallout refugees. I hope this can be read before (if) current existential threats come to pass. Trying to be as neutral as possible (besides the furbooru note and a shot or two over e621’s bow below) in this list. These are all that my sleep-deprived mind can think of, including a few reaches.
 
ponybooru.org - Not to be confused with brony.booru.org, also titled Ponybooru. Apparently opened 6 days ago (as of this post, going off of rules edit history). So far appears to be best alternative, appearing to be a direct clone of pre-fallout Derpi running on Philomena. Still in “beta”, so who knows what may change over time, including rules (which is currently stated in the rules as well), but has policy framework in place. Extremely asinine DNP/takedown procedure.
 
ponerpics.org - Apparently opened 5 days ago (as of this post, based on About page revision history). Another Philomena-powered Derpi clone. Rules are extremely sparse, but so far lean toward freedom and archival use. Appears to be best fallback after ponybooru. Only lower in this list because policy framework has not yet been fleshed out.
 
rainbooru.org - Around since the start of 2018 and still looks like ass and its server hamsters are underfed, but it’s serviceable if clunky. No rules to speak of, short of “no illegal stuff”, which could become an issue if rules are suddenly added after an explosion of activity (/b/-day flashbacks keep running in the back of my mind). Has a canary, but no signature system to verify authenticity, rendering it effectively moot. Has a derpibooru-specific importer.
 
brony.booru.org - Not to be confused with ponybooru.org. Opened in 2012 and effectively abandoned. Powered by Gelbooru and hosted via booru.org. Booru.org has an over-arching ToS that has not been updated since 2010 with anti-loli and anti-watermark and vague “anti-obscene” clauses, 404’ing external links on “network” pages, injects their project patreon as an ad on all network boorus, and generally feels like it’s crumbling even while raiding and shutting down its own hosted boorus at random. Listed here only to note that it should be avoided.
 
furbooru.org - Only listed here to mention as an avoid. There are concerns about current/past/hidden staff; I am not bringing this up to start arguments, only to be thorough. Avoid.
 
e621.net - Staff have always been ass, tagging becomes more complex with each millisecond, has an anti-watermark clause in rules, is certainly anti-fun (no memes, mouthpieces, etc.) and is obviously all-inclusive furry and an extremely hugbox community. But hey, it’s there, and has been for over a decade.

Ponybooru would be the best alternative if the staff there would realize making artists jump through several arbitrary hoops (which vary depending on how much they hate the look of your face, by the way) just to get something that only vaguely resembles a DNP (which will likely be ignored anyway) accomplishes nothing but increase the amount of hassle for all parties involved. Staff there are also extremely immature and have changed the titles and profiles of artists who complain about their policies to berate them.

I am inclined to believe providing the perspective of an artist who has shared their first-hand experience with the immaturity of Ponybooru’s staff does nothing but support the credibility of my statement, actually. I would also like to say that dismissing that person’s account based on your personal distaste of the platform they made it on only shows that you share the immaturity of the site’s staff, if I am being quite honest.
 
Are you also going to say that the screencaps posted in this very thread also aren’t credible because “lol anyone still on derpibooru are dumb XD”?

I don’t get why people keep forgetting it’s all in a beta state and could completely drop Philomena entirely if Zizzy decided to and nobody talked him down from it.

I’m saying Twitter is a shithole that produces as much lies as it does truths, usually with the one posting trying to put their own biased spin on it and silencing any statements to the contrary.

Maybe don’t call people pedophiles without actual concrete proof of these specific people being pedos (spoiler: drawn pictures are not proof), and they won’t call you “toxic” (the legal word is “slanderous” btw). Ditto for calling them “bigots and bootlickers”, or “nazis”.  
Also, the written letter is for takedowns, you don’t need one to submit a DNP.
 
Also, Philomena needs to be logging title and description changes to be able to prove or deny claims about changing them.

P.S. If you think “lolicon is for pedophiles”, you’re going to need to take a pretty big issue with Derpi’s staff.

Depends on what you’re after. In terms of smut, e621 has much more variety and freedom, although their arcane tagging system takes some getting used to. In terms of community, I’m seeing familiar faces pop up on FurBooru. It might be worth it to try out a few different Boorus and see how you feel about their communities.

Even if you want to discredit an artist who tried to show how disrespectful Ponybooru’s staff are, that doesn’t change the fact that their asinine, inconsistent and anti-artist DNP policies are in plain view not just on their site but several times in this very thread.

If you actually bothered to read through it, you would have known that they do not support Derpibooru and do not wish to have their art here either, which is something they are completed justified in. Thankfully for them, Derpibooru actually respects artists, at least when it comes to DNPs.

I know they’ve cried about “brownie nutsees” of Derpi before spiraling to foalcon as expected and called out, I am addressing general audience.

Maybe you should provide well-thought-out arguments for changing the WIP rules on DNPs and takedowns of Ponybooru on Ponybooru itself, instead of the not well-reasoned 4 posts you currently have there.

I know this may sound silly, but it’s a Nintendo WiiU browser. (Yes, it still works, though recently you can’t use DA or Youtube on it anymore.) I know that’s rather outdated, but I have no choice, because my computer won’t work, and I can’t afford a new one, unless I can get a second job.

Nono, Ponybooru and Ponerpics both use the same codebase as Derpi, so why wouldn’t images function is the question
