Creating a linkable image

Hi. I was just wondering if there was any way to create a clickable image in the description of an image?
 
I saw a clickable icon here:

I wanted to know if it would be possible, as I would use that technique on my future image descriptions. Thanks 😁

the syntax is !image-target!:link-target
 
so !https://i.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/original/000/143/193/cad-20080602-358b1.jpg!:https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/loss would become

Update again, 2 years later (5/24/23): Format seems to have slightly changed again, so use this one:

Just replace the first URL with the image one, and the second with the link one.
Shouldn’t have anymore linking issues (tested here).
