While it's not really different to be posting on Derpi itself because you can just wipe posts and threads from the database and edit without leaving the edit-mark, this kind of discussion *must not* be in private.

He (like a large portion of mods) has a separate account without staff privilege. I do not know why he's using the staff one to "post as user".
