Greetings Preenhub (formerly Derpibooru) Community!

 

Over the last few years, we have heard a multitude of complaints about the quality of the content our website hosts, and dozens upon dozens of calls for us to take necessary action to improve it. We have taken inspiration from an undisclosed third-party website, as we have been fascinated and amazed by their handling of a similar issue, and have implemented necessary changes to our website.

 

**Current timeline:**

 

1. Change the site code to facilitate the switch in the focus.  

2. Give approximately 1 (one) week of "migration" period where current artists can become official "verified pegasus" users.  

3. Delete all non-verified content upon the end of the week, setting our new site direction firmly in stone.
 


To celebrate our change in direction, we invite all artists to draw an image of [preening](/tags/preening) characters, and all of our uploaders to upload such images. The deadline to get the special badge is April 7. Hurry and make sure you upload a preening picture today!
