Can't find some settings

I remember seeing some settings that I can’t find now (cause I last looked at them years ago).
 
-First is to change how spoilered images behave: click to reveal, reveal on hover or don’t reveal.  
-And second is centering image page content, instead of being aligned to the left side.
 
I remember seeing those settings, but for some reason, can’t remember where they are. Not in display settings, but where else could they be?

Okay, found the first one. It’s right near the filters.

As I said, I’m just being blind and not seeing things that are clearly there :3

I presume there is no way to switch back from this shitty centered layout to the left aligned if you are not logged in. This is annoying.

If not logged in, no. You can do it with css editing tools like stylus/stylish, but is it worth the hassle though.
