I’m sorry that is happening to you.
You can send pretty much anyone on the staff page a PM if you would like help with this, but we’re volunteers so it might take awhile for someone to reply, depending on how often they are working in the site.
A better way is to report one of the comments - that usually will get a faster response because anyone working the report queue will be able to respond.
And if you would like you can sent me a PM and I’ll reply in the morning.

How would I go about reporting an anonymous uploader? Someone’s been spam uploading NSFW images of Golden Brooch, several of which are illegal in my country*, and is improperly tagging them, in most cases only having the rating, artist and OC, and since all uploads are anon I end up having to fix it myself. If they’re a registered user, would this be ban worthy?
*Australia, the ban specifically applies to X-rated material, such as (AFAIK) depictions of sexual penetration.

I’m up to 50 untagged anthros past my filter in the span of a single hour. This is unacceptable behaviour…

I think the main problem is that we’re dealing with a bot or several bots that are doing such random things. I’ve kept receiving several weird comments on pieces that include my OC.

I made a report about a string of spammy comments (44 of them) and linked a search to them in the report; the report was closed and only the one comment I reported was deleted. Per the infobox on the report page, we’re only supposed to make one report for a set of bad behavior, not one report of each instance - is there something I should have done differently to make sure whoever addresses my reports follows through with the rest? Or is it just still being worked on behind the scenes and not finished yet?
update: They’ve been deleted now.

If only one or a few instances are dealt with and others seem to be ignored even after a few days after the report is closed, it’s okay to make another report. Probably helpful to mention the previous one wasn’t fully completed.
Do note that as soon as the image/comment that is linked to the report gets deleted, the report is automatically dismissed. Usually this means a staff member has started to work on the report. Sometimes we manually close a report before finishing it because dealing with it will take weeks if not months, and we’d like the reporter to get their report slot back. In such cases we tend to make a duplicate report with our own accounts, since staff accounts can have many more reports open.

There is a custom cutie mark badge for bronze tier and a custom badge for gold tier, i thought that since the site now has animated badges, maybe a personalised animated badge for Platinum tier?
