I'm pretty sure you already know the answer.
1. Repeat offender
2. History going back almost a decade
3. Uploading an average of 3 images a day so far this year, of which about half have had to be moderated for some reason or other
4. Complex tagging histories on each image
So, yeah - we're talking about it, and each of us who have time to do so are spending 20 minutes here, a half hour there, trying to come up with some sort of suggestion for what to do next with this individual.
Oh. And of course, #5 none of us want to talk to them because doing so will almost certainly result in more death threats.
So ... yeah. Might take a couple more days. Eventually one of the senior mods will probably do something, if only to make sure that none of the assistants have to deal with any rage-induced and hate filled responses.
