Just wondering something:

I noticed that some user's profile pictures show a name or date when you view it in a new tab, such as [the lwut'ser](/profiles/lwut) [profilwue picture](https://derpicdn.net/avatars/2014/07/06/06_59_03_882_Screen_Shot_2014_07_05_at_11.59.38_PM.png)'s profile picture. Just wondering if there's a way you can modify the name when choosing a new profile picture or if that was an old effect that is no longer in process?


If it were possible to include the file name I would like to try it 😀
