So, im attempting to update my profile pic and i have the size correct, it keeps telling me it must be equal to or less than 300000 (either 300k or 30k) and its pissing me off. The hell does it mean?

How does it stand with the site to post, or not post, images which have been deleted from their original place (eg. deviantArt) and can only be found as low-res Google Images results previews? (Referring to the low-res images; I don’t have originals.)

As long as the originals are not already here, there is nothing wrong with posting the images you described.

How can I filter an artist? not tags, an artist specifically. I don’t have any problem with anyone but I don’t like some artist work (all work of an artist) just don’t like me, I don’t pretend offence to anyone, I only want to avoid annoying situations, sorry. :(

add their artist tag to your filters. Go on the plus sign in the side of the tag and click on ‘hide’ or ‘spoiler’.

Does spoilering/hiding an artist tag also catch that tag’s aliases? I can’t remember off the top of my head if any of the artists I have spoilered or hidden have other aliased names.

How do I cancel a link request? I’m trying to get a verified artist link and it keeps removing the tag from the links.

Just go to the image, look for the tag and follow the instructions.

I was testing to see if it would remove the tag again and it did because I tried to have an artist tag linked to my profile and this site so I actually have a verified artist tag.

Why was the drama in the comments tag removed and it’s not allowed anymore, but now we have the “adventure in the comments” tag and it’s the same exact thing, literally being a euphemism for “drama in the comments.” Is that just how the politics of it works? You guys don’t care about being effective as long as you can pretend you got rid of something big, bad, and scary without actually changing anything in reality? Because it helps you sleep at night to pretend you stopped something you didn’t like?

I mean, that’s totally fine if that’s what you wanna do, who the hell cares right? You’re just doing what almost every politician, every successful businessman, and almost every school board of education in America does right? Gloat about your “accomplishments” while you pretend to give a shit and 50% of the sheep/NPCs in your flock/matrix will just go along blindly and nod their heads in appreciation for the change they think you brought them. And another 40% will fight and argue and say they didn’t want the change. But only 10% are smart enough to realize that you didn’t change a damn thing, but everyone else is so goddamned stuck in the proverbial matrix that they just think the 10% are part of the other 40%, or that they’re just the crazy ones. Maybe I am crazy. I mean,I know I am. I’m very insane. Doesn’t mean I’m not wrong. Why is melatonin not working? Why doesn’t bipolar disorder go fuck off? I hate myself..

I would say that it’s because “drama” is subjective and has unfortunate judgmental connotations, while everyone can agree on what an “adventure” looks like and it’s a neutral judgement. Basically it reduces the chance of a tag war or worse setting off a whole new comment adventure.

How would one craft a search or complex filter to find images which have at least two tags both matching a wildcard?
 
I don’t know how to explain it in a way that isn’t confusing. Here are two concrete examples:
 
Find images tagged with more than one artist? (artist:*, [[[different]]] artist:*)
Find images tagged with a specific artist and also any other artist? (artist:someonespecific, artist:*-but-not-the-first-person)
