Here is a curt case from the US. Guy was facing 15 years in prison (but ended up with only 6 months after pleading guilty) for owning drawn “child porn”.

I’m saying its a barrel loaded with gunpowder and people might get burnt. When a biased US media will do an article on this it wont say “users of derpibooru” uploaded CP, but will say that derpibooru hosts CP.
You’re late on that. Media and society already mark us as “zoophlies” and “pedophile” for making porn out of a cartoon show made for little girls. So users of Derpibooru being label by dying news articles hit pieces, is less of their concern by how ridiculous they try to make it out to be. Especially the recent one that try to make it like their a Nazi problem within the community, from one tag filter.
