A question related to appropriateness edits of official print media under rule #1

While checking on previously uploaded images, I saw a couple images in the first few pages that are effectively full one or two pages of the official IDW comics but with modified or added text boxes such as >>2275306 (deleted) or >>2146446 (deleted)
 
(And yes, a lot seem attached to the “friendship is dragons” tag)
 
I know we’ve got tons of memes (Twilight forgives, Nature is Fascinating, etc.) and the like but knowing that there is a line drawn for posting full non-preview pages out of IDW without the edits under site rule #1, I am curious where the line is for edits like these. This is more for discussion.

Those most likely slipped by us - full page scans of IDW comics are not allowed, and there’s currently no stipulation granting an exception to edits. I’ve removed the two linked, and if you know of any more, please report them and they’ll be reviewed.

To add to this, we’ve got pages of the translated EQG comic by Pencils in Korean(?) such as >>2432090 (deleted)
 
Most of these seem to be under the tag editor:michaelsety (not all images under this tag), and not all the comic pages there are an issue as some are the same as the preview images we have. I’m not sure if there are other tags to look for these.
 
I would assume the same thing here: full page edits like this aren’t appropriate.

Unless they were publicly released as part of a preview (in which case the source should point to the preview) any full page scans from the IDW comics is a problem, so please do report them.
