Background Pony #6824
I think we’re finally getting that Big Show Shaq match. In fact, I think Big Show may help Cody in his tag team match against Shaq and help him defeat him.

AEW should have held back on announcing the Big Show signing. I feel it would have been better to have him be a shock interference to that match. Now it’s predictable that he will play apart in that match in some way, I would be shocked if he didn’t.

A few observations

First, it’s funny that Daniel Bryan lost an award named after him

Second, it’s no surprise Raw won worst TV show again. That show most weeks is difficult to sit through.

Third, the main things I disagree with are worst match of the year, most disgusting promotional tactic, and worst gimmick of the year. First off, how is The Fiend Vs Braun Strowman anywhere close to Goldberg Vs The Fiend or Matt Hardy Vs Sammy Guevara. One basically almost ruined the character of The Fiend, and the other had Sammy almost die.

Next, I know it was extremely scummy for WWE to release people during a pandemic, but again, SAMMY NEARLY DIED. And the match continued anyway.

Lastly, I disagree wholeheartedly that The Fiend is the worst gimmick. Retribution should’ve won. I don’t even think The Fiend is a bad gimmick to begin with. His gimmick and Seth Rollins’ gimmicks are my favorite gimmicks in WWE.

Amid Peacock being the new home for the WWE Network, Peacock and the network will simulcast the next PPV, which it’s called Fastlane.

But Wrestlemania will be only on Peacock. Where? on a separate channel? will it cost extra? is it a separate live stream? I’m confused. Or is it on the same WWE Network because it will be on Peacock?

Happy for Bobby Lashley. He deserves winning the WWE Championship.

I will admit that I kinda wish they did more with Miz as champ. I knew the end game was always going to be Lashley winning, but I think Miz could’ve held the title until Fastlane. I especially like him running away when the match with Lashley originally took place. I thought that was fantastic.
