Incidentally the scholar is the nuker of the party. Charge him up, break the enemy’s defenses, then let him one shot like half of the bosses.

They’re a “heroic” and “deceitful” versions of the same thing. The former causes no rep loss but either cost gold or is a level restriction, while the latter has no restrictions/free but is chance-base and will cause a lost in rep. All the abilities by the eight travelers fall into these categories, like purchase/steal.

One neat thing in Octopath is that counterparts live in opposite environments, like the thief is in the desert while the merchant lives at the dock, or the hunter lives in a forest while the warrior lives in a rocky mountain village.

I decided to disable the bots I encounter in Nuka-World.

I have some thoughts: If I had finally made a game, what’s the right course of actions that will prevent any game companies from having me shut down my passion projects? After I learned what happened to palworld, I need a way to fly under a radar so nintendo doesn’t continue the bullying tactics again. I want make my own game that do it’s own thing.

My saves in The Quarry got corrupted, so I have to do another entire playthrough instead of springboarding off partial playthroughs. And now I’m worried that they’ll get corrupted again, meaning I’ll have to do several full playthroughs just to get the 3~ different endings I’m missing on the achievements.

I think I’ll just take a break instead. This really kills motivation.

If you have the money, hire a lawyer that’s an expert on copyright. Otherwise search game websites for the name of your game and other concepts to check if something’s too similar.

That’s the right way of doing it but it’s expensive to hire one.

Playing Dying Light 2 right now and Human Enemies will literally stare you down intensely as they’re surrounded by a horde.

How these idiots made it to adulthood just baffles me.

Disco Elysium is a brilliant game. Too brilliant for my politics 101 brain. I can identify surface level implications and classifications and laugh at the obvious jokes, but everything that requires an understanding of political theory goes right over my head.

Don’t worry ogre- Barely anyone gets it. Us human especially. There reason why we created letters and words. It because we need a sticky note to tell us what to do and not to do those things. problem is we’re not good at conveying things.As a result we find new ways of f’in thing up. So don’t be sad if you don’t understand it. Just enjoy the story.

Damn. The Suikoden remasters got delayed into March of next year.

Oof. Save corruption is never fun. It’s one of the reasons I hesitate to play Scarlet/Violet.

I imagine it’s due to it being hard to the AI freely do parkour and the like with causing game/player issues.

One of the neatest thing about RPG games is that overleveling your heroes/heroines does help make your playthrough more bearable than being underleveled.
