Probably becuase majority of mods just use the already made rigs/skeletons in-game, and having to add in The Master completely would require a fuckload of custom animations and rigging just for the one dude

Hey, it’s not like the Fallout community is a stranger to adding both classic and entirely new creatures through modding.

I have mixed feelings about the new joycon design. On the one hand, much more convenient for swapping play modes. On the other, there’s no way this won’t be prone to coming apart while playing if it separates as easily as the trailer indicates.

Didn’t think they’d actually call it Switch 2 to be honest. I figured they’d go with something else entirely just to avoid any comparisons with the Wii U, but alright I guess.

Tbh, Wii U was confusing and people assumed it was an addon. Switch 2 is much clearer that it’s a successor.

Well, Nintendo just announced a Switch 2 (I hope that’s not the official name they’re calling it)

System looks slick, slightly bigger, Joy-Cons seem to have a new kind of attachment which I don’t if that will be an improvement or not. Backwards compatible not just for physical games, but also eshop games as well. This looks pretty good, and honestly the fact that Switch has had quite the lifespan already, it makes sense the new system wouldn’t need to do anything major to improve upon itself.
I’m looking forward to the next Direct when we can learn more about the system, and maybe even get some new game announcements.

Yeah after the Wii U it makes sense that they’re playing it safe with the naming conventions here

I don’t think anyone is going to confuse the switch 2 with being an addon

Was kinda hoping they’d call it the Super Nintendo Switch (look at me making a basic bitch SNES reference), but that might just make people think of it as something similar to the OLED model, and we’d end up right back to where we were during the Wii U.
It’ll probably be in a similar boat to the PS4 Pro/Xbox One X in terms of power, which is a smart move in all honesty. It’s becoming more and more clear just how fucking pointless it is to try and push the boundary more than it already has been (if the reaction to the PS5 Pro is anything to go by), so as long as it’s powerful enough to run mostly un-compromised versions of current-gen games, I think the Switch 2 will manage just fine.

I won’t be getting a Switch 2 for at least 2 years after launch. Let them work out the bugs and build a solid library before pressuring me to pay another few hundred dollars for the latest thing.
