Not gonna lie, I ended up wanting to make Fontaine suffer for manipulating me.

Merchants in the middle of Zombie Outbreaks and Alien Invasions who demand money from the player are the most entitled buffoons in gaming.

Dollars and Gold really lose all their value when the current society has either collapsed or is barely even functioning at the moment.

It kinda depends HOW fucked up is the world.

One fucked up village means nothing if the rest of the world is A-OK. He probably takes advantage of Leon being capable of localize and contain the catastrophe and then get the hell away enjoying the good life when all it’s done and finished.

Could Terra have become like Kefka, believing life is worthless, if she never met Locke?

The implication is there with all the Returners. They all experience despair, but find that one thing to anchor them to hope for a better future.

I recently learned I could have got Rosaria, the only character I’d care to pull for in Genshin Impact for obvious reasons°, if I’d started replaying the game on a whim just one week sooner
