So, despite claiming the Dark Lord being the “ultimate final boss of Doom”, the AI says otherwise, and somebody defeated the Dark Lord’s first round without moving at all.

He’s basically god but most of his power was stolen and Doomguy is basically his Human “echo” or alternate self right?

Doomguy came from an alternate reality. He was banished by the demons after realizing they couldn’t beat him, and then he was found by the Night Sentinels.
 
The Dark Lord is him in this reality and yes, a God.

Darklord is not just a god. He’s THE God. His position and the majority of his power was stolen by The Father and the Makyrs.
 
Apparently he was driven mad by his inability to make his people immortal and perfect and when he was imprisoned his rage at his failure to give his creations perfect lives corrupted his realm into Hell.
 
Apparently Doom guy is an “echo” of the darklord, born human. Whether the darklord created him intentionally is unknown. But he inherited his creators willpower and rage, and after surviving the events of the original games, was infused with a portion of Fathers power. Which father stole from the Darklord in the first place.
 
Apparently, Doom guy destroying the Maykys was part of the darklords plan. As he was imprisoned by his creations, so they would be destroyed by theirs.

Well sort of. Davoth was planning to get revenge on the Maykrs eventually, but was manipulating them in the short term to bring about his revival. Especially since the Maykrs ended up finding the secret to immortality he sought. But Doomguy killing them early threw a wrench into his plans…before reviving him anyways, then threw a bigger wrench in it when Doomguy kills him.

Back on MH Generations for a little before Rise comes out.
 
Zingore is a much different(read: easier) beast here, but maybe that’s because i can actually keep my distance and be competent with a bow.
 
Which is overall good, because I’ve figured out how kick ass Astalos’s armor is.

With the new improve hitbox on the Animal riding parts in Crash 4, I manage to get the N. Sanely Perfect Relic on Bears Repeating.

Man, it’s kind of crazy how Doom has enough lore for people to have big discussions about it now.

Well at least Bears Repeating won’t make me want to rip my chest hair off anymore.

Someone should redo the Portals scene from Doom Eternal Ancient Gods Part 2 with Avengers Portals ost.
 
But most importantly; have videogame / pop culture characters come thru the portal to help Doom Slayer, like any other shitty fanfiction written by an 12yo would.
