The Creation Club and Creation Kit are different things, Creation Club is a place for 3rd party developed DLC to be sold, Creation Kit is the name of the modding Tools Bethesda releases for the Elder Scrolls games,

Moreso that I think you’re mislead about the CC. The PS4 version of Skyrim has separate categories for mods and CC, the latter you pay for to get while the former is free but achievements are locked away.

They’re fun. Data carries over from one game to the next, so you may want to play in order (even if the first one is the weakest, in my opinion).

You will need to use the website Dragon’s Keep to transfer DA:O and DA2’s data to DA:I.
And unlike ME, you don’t follow the same character, but a different lead each game. They do take place in the same world and close in time, enough that a companion in 2 is also a companion in DA:I.
