Basically the Darkstar is as fast as Rainbow Dash going Sonic Rainboom.

The last time someone estimated Dash’s top speed was from Death Battle, they said at the peak of her sonic rainboom dive on the eponymous episode, they clocked that speed at approximately Mach 10 or 7610 MPH. That’s 10 times the speed of sound. Maverick pushed that jet past Mach 10 which caused it to explode. I have no EARTHLY idea how he survived that. Meh that’s Hollywood for ya.
