I was about to come in to post about that, because I still see people on my TL talking about great Tom is despite the Buccs eating shit the entire season. My position on it is, “my man why do you care so much the Eagles are right over there”.

There’s some psycho rivalries involving someone in Mississippi and someone else that usually involves both teams annihilating their own chances to go any further, because one loses and the other disqualifies themselves by doing something “very unsportsmanlike”

It’s funny. Old Man Brady looked so impressive putting together two touchdown drives at the end of his game to beat the Saints. Then three days later, Baker does the same thing to the Raiders in his first game as a Ram.

The Raiders didn’t give Baker that much time for a comeback. Hell the punt was good for the amount of yardage they would need to go down field.
But really now it comes down to whoever makes more mistakes to me the Raiders definitely made more mistakes esspecially on that last drive.

If I were an entirely neutral party, I would say that this was a great game of football to watch.
It was controversial, end-to-end, Penalty shows all over the place, brilliant football at times.
However, I’m English, and I must put my own opinions here. And to me, the Referee for the game was very below standard. Though mainly for England, there were incredibly poor decisions being given/not given which many could argue cost England the match.
Harry Kane missing the second of his penalties was a major killer, though earlier in the game, and earlier foul could very well have been given and a third penalty could have been taken.
Again, in my opinion, the better overall team on the night lost. This isn’t saying, however, that France were underserving, as they were also VERY good for the duration.
Tl;dr - Ref was poor, England Unlucky, France go through

Who would’ve expected Morocco of all countries to reach the semifinals of the World Cup? Especially since they had to win against both Spain and Portugal to make it this far, though we’ll soon see if they can do the same against France…
