Y’know, for as dangerous as the pokemon world is, there are a hell of a lot of children running around with no supervision, they’re allowed to run around as children doing whatever the hell they want with no one telling them not to, it’s no wonder they all grow up to be worthless adults!
 
I mean seriously half of the grunts are losers that have nothing more than zubats and the police are no more capable than the grunts! they still seem to have issues capturing them.
 
 
I also seem to have a bad habit of responding to comments while being completely off-topic to the post I was commenting about.

In the original anime, it’s stated once someone turns 10 they’re allowed to become a Pokemon Trainer. In the game, however, it’s never stated and usually becoming a trainer is a side job from another given task.
 
That being the case; why do some parents in the Pokemon world allow them to go alone into places where dangerous monsters live?

I guess since carnivorism doesn’t ‘exist’, The most they have to worry about is environmental kills, and as long as you have at least one pokemon on you, you’ll be fine.
