The lobbying will focus on encouraging implementations that will lead to investigations of competitors.

Any commercial or private corporation who are fined under this will sue all involved parties (including the government itself ) under under Chapters I and II of the Competition Act 1998 (the Act) and may be prohibited under Articles 81 and 82 of the EC Treaty, and will also take a clue from TC Energy, RWE, Uniper, Rockhopper and Ascent Resources, and will sue the UK government under international laws governing trade agreements and treaties, which will lead to long and expensive hearings in corporate arbitration courts which operate outside of a country’s domestic legal system.

They know their days are numbered on a meta-level.

X didn’t move to the right enough, Y didn’t move at all, and Z is pretty far left.

They know that even Gerrymandering is not going to get enough, because of the city diaspora, the bluing of the suburbs, and the constant growth of minority blocs.

This is why we are seeing them pull out all the stops. Defying the will of the people openly because they have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

The next 10 years will be a scary time.

• Trump losing a second time would show that 2020 wasn’t a fluke. America doesn’t want Trump.

• 2024 is the GQP’s last chance to regain the Senate until 2032. This election the Dems need to defend almost twice as many seats as the Reps, meaning Dems have far more chances of losing the 2 or more seats they need to lose the majority. But 2026-2030 Senate maps either show an equal number of seats up for grabs or Reps needing to defend more. If they can’t sync a win in the election where they hold the advantage, the Rep control of the Senate is done for almost a whole decade.
• Reps only hold an 8 seat advantage in the House. Dems need only flip 5 seats this election to regain control.
