Well hot shit. Fox News has called out Joe Manchin for his supporting of the GOP.
 
In response Manchin basically reveals he can’t count.

Peru was holding elections today between center-left former teacher Pedro Castillo and the daughter of now-arrested president Alberto Fujimori. The margin of votes between them so far seems to be razor-thin at around 0,2%
 
Neither candidate’s party has a legislative majority in the national congress which will make governance difficult and likely deadlocked no matter who wins.

My favorite businesses are the ones advertising a $150 sign on bonus. For “Up to $15 an hour”.
 
Of course I inquired within and, as I guessed, “Up to” means the position caps at $15 an hour. After years and years of raises. The starting wage is minimum.
 
After tax, $150 is more or less what you make in 3 days. They’re trying to trick you into wage slavery with 3 days “Free” pay.

If Americans were paid more, they would have more disposable income, and they would use said disposable income to buy goods and improve the economy. But that sounds too much like “socialism” and we can’t have that.

TL;DR: So the owners of an independent bakery in Lufkin, Texas called has received backlash, likely from homophobic right-wingers, after posting pride themed cookies on Facebook (or as I like to call it 4Chan 2.0). Although they lost followers, they do got a surge of supports, and the pride cookies they have sold out.

The Liberals voting for it also voted to speed up the process and refuse to accept most amendments yet claim the Conservatives are being whiny for having criticisms.
 
For once I’m siding with Conservatives, albeit Canadian ones but Conservatives nonetheless, as the Liberal party in Canada is being very fucking closed and hostile without reason about the matter.
