Methods aside, that kind of belief is a good thing.
 
All racism is bad. We can’t allow exceptions at any cost. While systematically and dependent on location, some forms of racism have greater effects than others, that doesn’t excuse the act at all.
 
Murder is worse than theft but both must be punished accordingly. We can’t just let the thief slide away just because the murder is worse. Each case must be treated independent and unbiased.
