Based on what I’ve heard, they saw that the agreement was null due to how it was between them and the Syrian Arab Republic. With the latter no longer existing, Israel decided to invade and create a buffer-zone to ensure that the chaos inside Syria doesn’t spill over to their side in the foreseeable future.
That, and I’ve been hearing how people have been spinning this as something called “Greater Israel,” which I assume must been Israel wanting to expanding its borders. At least, that’s what I’m understanding in terms of the current state of geo-politics in the Middle East now.

And just like that, the shooter of the CEO feels like it’s fading into the background.
This is one of my biggest peeves of the Dems/ leftists. One event happens in their favor, they rally behind thinking revolution is inevitable, then nothing. Yes, it’s probably a win, but it’s only one small event that doesn’t spark a chain reaction.
