I don’t agree with that lifestyle, and I believe these themes should not be present in kids’ shows.And what exactly is it about their lifestyle makes it “inappropriate” for kids?There’s literally NO difference between a straight or a gay couple, other than the fact that one of them involves two men or women as opposed to one of each. And while we’re on that note, being trans or non-binary does NOT make you any less of a human than if you were cis.Quite frankly, if a character being queer is enough to turn you off of a show/game, then all that does is show how much of a fucking loser you really are.
You know, this reminds me of something my brother said recently after the election. He voted for Harris but he believes one of the reasons she lost is because “I mean, not too long ago, I saw two gay people kissing in a commercial. Do gays really need to be that in-your-face about it?” As if somehow that’s Biden or Harris’s fault…
…He also mentioned “And I never understood the whole non-binary thing; how does one decide they’re not a boy or a girl?” To which I told him “it just means they want to be their own person that’s neither a boy nor a girl, it’s not that complicated…”

Congress is fast-tracking a bill that would allow the Treasury Department to summarily revoke the tax-exempt status of any non-profit organization that it decides is a “terrorist-supporting organization” no reason or evidence required.
This, of course, would be a tremendous gift to Donald Trump as he assumes office again, who would be able to use it as a cudgel to destroy any NGO that stands in the way of his rule, simply by declaring that they are supporting terrorists without further elaboration. In addition to the obvious ones like those sending aid to Palestine and environmental organizations, he’d probably go after the ACLU and many others with the flimsiest of pretenses.

To maximize its chances of passing, it’s been bundled with a much more popular and common sense bill that would grant tax relief to Americans who are unjustly detained as hostages abroad. Both bills together are being pushed hard by pro-Israeli interest groups with an aim toward shutting down pro-Palestine activism.
Seems Democratic support for the bill may erode with Trump incoming, but Democratic Sponsor Dina Titus is still standing by it, using the tax relief for hostages as justification.

tells some artist to move the pantone slider a bitIt really ain’t anything more complicated. If a game’s story or gameplay are bad, it’s because they’re bad. Particularly gameplay; there isn’t anyone remotely involved in gameplay that has an overlap with that stuff.

It’s gotten to the point where it is an industry within the industry to offer these kinds of services, usually to the detriment of whatever entertainment products they advise on.
