The Teamsters union announced it will not endorse any candidate for the presidential race after its members were unable to come to a consensus.
Their poll numbers showed 58% of its members supported Trump, while Harris received 31% support.
Something to keep in mind when their pensions come up…
I can respect that and deven approve of it. The democrats should have to work for union endorsement. If they can take it for granted they will sell the unions out like Clinton did.
It kind of amazes me that they’d favor the guy that said companies should be able to fire striking members, favored “right to work” legislation, and proposed job killing tariffs.
I find the fact that the data showed Biden winning the Teamsters rank and file back a month ago, but it flipped when Harris took charge to be rather amusing.
What’s the matter? Is the powerful black lady too scwary for the big stwong men?
And before anyone asks, I’m a card carrying union man, son of a union boss, and been to more pickets and strikes than most people have been to other states. So I’m well within my rights to talk shit about this decision.
I think they should call “right to work” the “right to scab” cause that’s what it is really.
You think they will push back. They LOVE the idea of government spying on people and restricting what they can do.
