to be clear, I don’t share Israel’s policy of using the arguably non-innocent palestinian non-combatants as permission to consider them as acceptable collateral damage.

I also don’t agree with treating children as criminals and threat to national security if they haven’t committed terrorists acts.

A third of the prisoners set for release have not been charged of anything. You have thousands more waiting for processing, just wanting to know why they in prison for, specifically.

I also don’t share both Israel and Hamas’ argument that Hamas speaks for all Gazans and all palestinians.

What I DO agree with them, is that most of the Gazans speak in the language taught by Hamas, and thus is only able to express themselves in a certain way, such as armed rebellion and identity politics and antisemitism and homophobia.

And Hamas was taught by the head of Israel from my understanding. It’s a fucked up situation all around, and the people who caused it aren’t the ones suffering the consequences.

One of the Fox News talking heads was criticizing Biden for drinking a milkshake in public with a straw.

It took his son, a marine officer, to shame him and remind him that they both took an oath to the Constitution to make Pence do his duty as VP.

Kid gets reamed after being accused of blackface
The kid was seen at a Chiefs game wearing a headdress and wearing what one news group reported as blackface, and him and his parents have been getting hammered. They didn’t show the other side of his face which was red, aka team colors, but this reporter doubled down on it saying it was worse because now it attacks Naitive Americans.
Well it turns out he actually is Native American.
And now I’m seeing posts indicating Chiefs fans are planning on wearing the same face paint to the next game in a show of solidarity.
