I kinda feel like banging my head against my desk with this Tweet by President Biden.

I had to hear all throughout Trump’s four years in office about how bad it was to secure the border. And everyone talking about how the Democrats were gonna stop that evil from happening.

And now President Biden says that the Republicans are stopping us from having a secure border.

I guess I can’t believe anyone anymore.

Biden’s wins are often based on the GOP shooting themselves in the foot and rarely ever his own plans.

Donald Trump being so ludicrous with the pandemic is the perfect example of this.

The Democrats were never against a secure border. In fact, Democrats are currently continuing many of Trump’s border policies, even as Biden’s administrations see a record number of immigration stops at the border.

In fact, Biden’s administration 2nd year had practically doubled the number of immigrant arrest and/or deportations over its 1st.

The Democrat’s spent 4 years railing against Trump’s border policies since the biggest 2 were the proposed border wall and his family separation policy. The former was noted by many experts to be a waste of time, money and resources that would cause all kinds of legal problems regarding, just as an example, eminent domain while having no positive impact on illegal border crossings (as frequently pointed out, most illegal immigration is just people overstaying their visas. A border wall won’t do nothing to stop anyone already pass the border). The latter was shown to be at the best of times horribly inefficient and ineffective while adding unnecessary red tape, and was thoroughly pointlessly cruel.

As for the Dems calling out the Reps on cutting border jobs, Newsweek’s fact check goes into detail. The short version is that no, the GOP isn’t saying they want to cut border agents. But the gaps in their budget proposal only makes sense if they want to cut border agents, and this budgetary trick is one the GOP has used all the time for literally decades. The GOP isn’t saying they want to cut up to 2000 border agents, but the Dems are calling out a pattern of behavior.

Years ago, a US tennis player, Jennifer Capriati, requested “Bombs over Baghdad” to “support our troops” during the US attack on Iraq. The song became popular during the same attack.

It kinda reminds me of a much more recent “support our troops” in russia, as in younger gamers and singers showing up with Z emblems.

Building a pointless vanity wall was never going to secure the border while dems constantly suggested modernizing solutions such as drone surveillance, better border checks, and updated tracking systems that would have an actual impact.

You don’t want “secure borders” you want big fuck-off dick replacement symbols if you think what Trump and the reps tried to do for 4 years was actually productive. It was a multi-billion dollar waste of cash and an environmental disaster to boot.

So? There’s nothing to indicate that they’re actually going to store anything in those bunkers. And even if they do, the logistics challenges will make permanent storage difficult if not impossible.

You and I have been hanging around different people. Most Democrats I know, personally, have said we should have no border security and that any attempt to regulate who immigrates into a country for any reason is inherently racist. And they got mad when they saw this.

In Israel, Bibi fired Israel’s Minister of Defense after publicly breaking from him on a controversial plan to “reform” the judiciary (i.e. give the fascists in power more control).

As if you didn’t need any more proof Israel is a fascist dictatorship, here it is.

As a European seems to invite the question of who decides who gets the part of the quota. Also I think even a total ban on manufacture with no other measures would mean that the current gun climate persists for 50+ years, you already have tons of guns around, secondary market will sustain the current situation. Overall lots of headaches and not a lot of results.

Why is he being attacked by Fox News, or rather Tucker Carlson specifically? Because he’s not an inbred insurrectionist.

This man, Ray Epps, had already testified before Congress that yeah, he was at the insurrection. And yes, he did talk to capitol police. But then he left. Before Y’all Qaeda started storming the capitol, he’s on record for leaving before the rioting started. And because of that, traitors like Tucker Carlson and Qaren has been attacking him and accusing him of being some deep state plant to false flag MAGA.

And to that I say, good on Epps. He is in fact “One of the good ones”. He’s someone that shows you can in fact believe in MAGA and also not be a crazed lunatic. I hope he wins his case to help show other MAGA that is a thing they too can be.

Speaking of the venn diagram between MAGA and treason, Trump held a rally in Waco, Texas the other day. Other than how appropriate it is for Trump to hold one of his cult rallies there of all places, at one point the crowd held their hands over their hearts and sang an anthem…while the jumbotron screens all over the place showed the insurrection.

Once again, their only regret towards their coup is that they failed. Every day Trump is allowed to walk free is another day a threat to out nation is allowed to go free.

I would say that, in a perfect world, Trump would’ve been impeached, arrested and thrown in jail for domestic terrorism mere days after the coup’s failure, if not for the fact that, in a perfect world, someone like Trump would never have seen the light of day, let alone been put in power, in the first place.
