You are forgetting that these groups also welcome in “outcasts” and others who feel they are lonely. It’s the same as the alpha/omega/gamma BS who targets men who feel ignored by others (especially by women) and exploits them.

Being lonely and being actively courted by fascists is not an excuse for becoming a fascist. People who become misogynistic incels over a woman rejecting them are equally pathetic

There’s a sense of entitlement in both of those cases, instead of these individuals attempting to become more well rounded human beings, they instead try to repress minorities to gain a further social status in society

These individuals made the choice to become fascists instead of doing literally anything else to alleviate their condition

I’m well aware, but so is convincing others that Nazis are their only real friends. It’s called desperation. It’s why many victims of the crypto hype are poor people who just want more money for a better life and were exploited for it. If someone is given false/misdirecting information, or manipulated/groomed to think a terrible group has their best interest in mind, than freedom of choice isn’t as much of a factor as you think. It was their choice, but because people convinced them that it was the right choice too often.

Many of them do stand to benefit from a fascist world, it gives them a privileged place in society that they feel they were denied. Of course this privileged place comes from the destruction of minority groups, but they are fully aware of this and either don’t care about it or are enthusiastic about it

Im not saying that you can’t convince someone out of fascism, but it’s not worth the effort. The people who become fascists know what they are doing and know the consequences of what they are doing

A major Israeli minister also claimed the other day that there are no real Palestinian people, and that Israel’s campaign of ethnic cleansing is completely justified.

The Kesset, their ruling legislature, has decided to completely ignore the massive protests happening, claiming it is the work of agitators.

Well there were other reports that his indictment could be anywhere from Tuesday to Wednesday. So yeah, another 24 hours before it flops.

I wouldn’t trust him or her in some of the communities I’d ever be comfortable in. If they want to take steps to be better and not a Nazi, there are plenty of other groups out there.
