Result- “Ranked on a 7 point Likert Like scale with 1 being (yes absolutely) and 7 being (no absolutely not) a majority of church going people in the United states (80%) are more likely to believe that God exists, while a minority (20%) are more likely to believe that “maybe” or no. N= 2000, margin of error +/- 3. The results show that a vast majority of church goes believe God exists, but a not unsubstantional number of church goes believe that he only maybe exists, or doesnt exist. Of those who say he does not exist, additional polling questions indicated that they attend church out of habit or family obligations. Furthermore, additional data was collected on political leaning, with those in the Yea catagories more likely to lean conservative.”
