Well the AC-130 incident was an embarrassment for Russia that they would love to pretend never happened considering how badly those Ruskies got their asses handed to them by the Americans. Even so, what do you want us to do, declare war?

Wasn’t a coincidently type of thing, pretty sure that was a the US trying to save money and pull our troops out of yet another shithole we shouldn’t have been in in the first place. Are they doing it specifically to intimidate, or are they venting their anger and showing that the attempts to intimidate them and keep them down are only going to earn a backlash? Because I’m pretty sure, based on all I’ve read about riots and rioting that it’s the latter (I dabble in sociology and crowd psychology when events like this happen, because I want to understand why they happen, not just put blame somewhere)
 
Intent matters when it comes to terrorism. Also, if you think riots should be counted as terrorism, I suggest talking to your local congresscritter about changing the laws about such. Legally, riots aren’t terrorism.

CNN huh? Not convinced by them. And how about all of the other sanctions and restrictions Trump put on Russia already, plus the AC-130 incident, plus the buildup of the American military, and so on.

The sanctions that were forced on Trump by a near-unanimous Congress? The sanctions he slow-walked for months after the law’s passage? Those sanctions?

Those specific sanctions that were due to “election meddling”? Trump originally wanted closer ties with Russia, which honestly would have been ideal. Our true enemy is China, and a US/Russia alliance would have been beneficial. Even so, Trump has still boosted US defense spending and ended certain restrictions on US weapons development, something that in no way benefits Russian interests.

I doubt the riots are specifically directed and premeditated attacks, like most terrorist attacks. Just people lashing out à la crimes of passion.

I honestly think people should be warned and eventually banned for using

‘communism is when the government does stuff, and the more stuf it does, the communister it is’,  
‘big government means communism and fascism/nazism are the same’,  
‘communism only works on paper, muh human nature’,  
‘vladimir stalin zedong killed 300 million people and communism always makes people be dead’,  
‘muh starvation meme’,  
none of these are real, thought out arguments and are very easy to debunk (youtube video doing such) but none of the smooth brained people who repeat these points have any real argument against communism/socialism that has any depth, it’s simply repeating red scare billionaire funded think-tank points to shut down/censor dissenting opinion by ‘stating the obvious’.

Not quite, a lot of them were premeditated which is why most of the businesses were already boarded up in an attempt to protect them. Even Beverly Hills shut down because it was known that it would be hit.

I will say, though, that it was really nice of Reddit to ban The_Donald only after months of all their scummy members moving to another site.
 
Know why both them and Chapo was banned? Because the former wasn’t generating enough revenue for Reddit and the latter never bothered to buy gold to support Steve Huffman in the first place.

Additional sanctions, which Trump has already implemented unrelated to the election meddling sanctions. An unwillingness to lift the sanctions imposed on Russia for the Ukrainian invasion. Additional armament of Ukraine with American weapons, and continued attacks against Russian allies in the Middle East despite Russia trying to stop us.

Living in So-Cal (and LA’s media market), I remember news reports from long before the riots and protests about how they boarded up to keep people from breaking in and stealing from the place, taking advantage of the fact that no one was there in the first place, due to COVID.
 
It had nothing to do with the riots, and everything to do with preventing theft when there weren’t many people around.

No, it and Cum Town were banned to ward of an administration probe into “anti-conservative bias” in social media platforms. I can guarantee you that if Reddit conducted such a purge under Obama or Clinton, the leftist subs would’ve remained. Like with Louis Farrakhan, they need to remove a high-profile target on “their side” in order to appear impartial, because government-enforced neutrality is what they desperately want to avoid.
