A GOP congressional candidate [from Michigan](https://www.cnn.com/2022/09/21/politics/john-gibbs-womens-suffrage-19th-amendment-kfile/index.html) says the US "suffered" from women's suffrage and praised an organization pushing for the 19th Amendment's repeal. He's running in the 3rd district which is D+1 in the PVI.

Note that he was also a part of the HUD under the Trump administration.
