As funny as that is its just flawed. Some people believe that right come from God yes, but I don't think belief in some deity is nessary to also understand rights, clearly because I don't believe in a God. To understand natural rights think of man in nature. He can talk freely without anyone interfereing. He can use rocks and sticks to protect himself. He can build a shelter or hunt and is entitled to the fruits of his labor.. it's been a while since I've read good Ole John Locke.
